Professional, pleasant and fast. Price was fair.

I called thinking I needed a new garage door (typical me). They answered right away with polite service, gave me an appointment within 48 hours, and promised a 2 hour window. Shon showed up right on time with a courtesy call about 20 mins before. Shon was so friendly and knowledgeable, an easy person to welcome in. He took a look and played with the track and opener panel. After a few minutes of looking and fiddling around he had saved me a few thousand dollars with complete honesty and willingness to help with that easy fix. I know for sure that any other company could have lied and gotten 2k from me, but this company is honest and truthful. He did an inspection and suggested that we switch out the rollers and have moving parts lubricated. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would suggest this company. Another company suggested that we replace all the parts except for the actual garage door opener and door. Glad I went with Precise Garage Doors instead. read less

I saw their listing on Yelp and called. Samuel, the service technician, was at my house within an hour and was able to replace it immediately. In addition, the customer service rep was very responsive and courteous. They also applied a military discount to the total cost. I would definitely recommend this company.
